SUBMISSION TYPES AND REQUIREMENTS

Stand-alone Paper

The maximum length of abstracts is 1,500 characters including spaces.
100-minute time block
20-minute for individual presentation, five presentations a session in general

Poster

The maximum length of abstracts is 1,500 characters including spaces.
60-minute time block
Materials for fixing posters on the walls or poster boards will be provided.
Every poster should be matched with A0 (841 mm × 1189 mm) portrait format.
Each presenter will be assigned to the location to put up the posters.

Symposium

100-minute time block
Symposium proposal should include an abstract summarizing the overall theme of the panel and individual abstracts for each presentation consisting of the panel.
The maximum length of individual abstracts is 1,500 characters including spaces.
A proposal needs to involve four to five participants.

Workshop

Workshops aim to provide participants with the opportunity to develop new skills for science teaching.
100-minute time block
Including one or two didactic presentations combined with hands-on activities, interactive group or individual work
Workshop abstract must include a brief description on the workshop content and format.
The maximum length of abstracts is 1,500 characters including spaces.

If you want to apply for the best paper presentation award, you need to attach additional short paper (under 4 pages) as PDF (*.pdf) files. [template download]
