Discord Plugins

First, download and install Better Discord from here. Better Discord Then go into your Discord Settings, scroll down until you see the Plugins Option. Open it. You can find a list of plugins here. There are other outlets but these have anything you really need. My personal recommendation is down below.

Be warned, it is against Discord's ToS to modify the discord client. Although, the chance of any consequence is 0. Due to the fact that it can't be used to harm anyone.
