During login, we collect your OTP (one-time password) to verify your mobile number. In addition, we may collect non-personal information such as device type, operating system, and app performance data to ensure smooth functioning of the app. 

How We Use Information: 

The information we collect is used to provide and improve our services. Your mobile number is used for OTP-based authentication, ensuring that only authorized users can access the app. Your name and address are used to display personalized content such as academic schedules, notifications, and updates relevant to your role as a student or staff member. We may also use your information to send important announcements or messages from the school administration. 

Data Security: 

We take the security of your personal information seriously. All data transmitted through our app is protected using secure HTTPS encryption. Your information is stored in secure and encrypted databases with access limited to authorized personnel only. OTPs are used solely for login purposes and are not stored after the authentication process is completed. We also perform routine checks and follow industry standards to ensure your data remains safe. 

Sharing of Information: 

We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third parties. However, we may share limited data with authorized school administrators or academic coordinators for the purpose of managing classes, attendance, and communication. We may also work with trusted service providers to maintain and operate our app, and they are contractually obligated to handle your data securely. If required by law, we may disclose information to comply with legal obligations or governmental requests. 

Children’s Privacy: 

Our app is designed for use by schools and may be used by students under the age of 18, but only under the supervision of school administrators or with parental consent as required by law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate authorization. If you believe that we have unintentionally collected data from a child without consent, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action.
