Requires lots of power and good leverage.
Open Hand: Fingers not fully locked, more wrist control.
Closed Hand: Thumb and fingers locked tight, stronger grip.
Full Hook: Wrist fully curled inward.
Half Hook: Partial wrist curl, mixing with other techniques.
Long Toproll: Using whole arm and wrist to roll opponent’s hand.
Short Toproll: Quicker, more explosive finger roll.
