Thesis: High Rate Biogas Production from Waste Textiles

• Worked with two-stage processes for improving biogas production from waste textiles.
• Worked on pre-treatment of textile waste using a chemical solvent.
• Analyzed different parameters in biogas production including TS, VS, nutrient concentrations, methane volume & content, VFA, pH and alkalinity.
• Worked on improving the process efficiency using re-circulation technique.

Thesis: Hydrogen Production from Algae

• Studied alternating photo-cycle period for hydrogen production.
• Investigated hydrogen production under sulfur deprived condition.
