• Candidate must have completed Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years duration with 50% aggregate marks in all subjects including language subjects taken during the entire duration of the course.

• Visit the official website of the admission authority.
• Fill the application form.
• Fill all the personal and professional details. The overall marks in the undergraduate course should be entered correctly, do not round off the marks.
• Attach the scanned documents as mentioned.
• Submit the application form
• Pay the application fee online using your credit/debit card/net banking.
• The admit card/hall ticket will be issued to the candidates who have applied, on the KEA website.
• After downloading the admit card, the students have to proceed to the respective centres for the examination.
• The answer key will be issued a few days after the exam day. If any candidate has any objection, he/she can file the objection within 3 days of its issuance.
• Candidates belonging to the reserved category have to submit their caste certificate or income certificate.

Karnataka MBA Admission 2025: Exam Pattern
• Total number of questions is 100. There are 4 sections, each section contains 25 questions.
• The examination is based on multiple choice pattern. Hence each question contains 4 options. Each candidate has to select only one option and mark it in the OMR sheet provided.
• For each correct answer, one mark will be awarded. There is no negative marking for wrong answers.
• The paper has to be completed within 2 hours.

Karnataka MBA Admission 2025: Counselling and Result
• The merit list will be announced on the official website.
• The merit list is prepared on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidate in the PGCET examination.
• Based on the merit list, counselling process will be conducted. The candidate has to select the colleges of his/her choice.
• Two counselling processes will be conducted.
• The allotment of seats is entirely based on the priority of choices made by the candidates as per merit/rank.
