I'm a Boston-Based illustrator, Preschool Director, and a Mom! If I could describe my art business in three words I would choose "whimsical, cute, and heartwarming". I enjoy using soft lines and pastel tones to bring everything to MAXIMUM FLUFFINESS and HUGABILITY!!
My typical subject matters includes: fan art of "retro" anime, sweet snacks, 90s nostalgia, woodland creatures, cozy gaming, anthropomorphic/magical characters, and classical children's literature characters.
ART HISTORY
I went to Boston Arts Academy for high school and started taking art commissions around 11th grade. At the time my main focus was character design and illustration.
I started Karmomile about 6 years ago, as an outlet for my growing "crafting addictions". Then, I discovered my love and joy for vending about 3 years ago.
My favorite thing about vending is that I get to connect with people over my art. Meeting others who have the same interests as myself, and who have their own amazing stories and thoughts to share. I also enjoy being surrounded by so many passionate and hard working artist.
Vending is always such a rewarding and inspiring experience!
My Goal for Karmomile is to one day open my own "Brick and Mortor" shop and a community art center.
