I am a labor and education economist, currently a Postdoctoral Associate at the Broad Center at Yale School of Management.

My research primarily focuses on the role of skills and choices (of education and careers) in explaining earnings differences across workers. A theme in my research is the use of computational and structural methods, disciplined by research design, to understand heterogeneous responses to various policies

I previously worked as a research economist at the Bureau of Labor Statistics. I finished my PhD at Princeton University in 2024. Prior to my graduate studies, I worked as a research assistant in the microeconomics section at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Chicago.

I am married to Sharada Dharmasankar. You can check out her website here.
