Karka∞ ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application ("Karka∞" or the "App").

By using Karka∞, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use Karka∞:

• Personal Information: name, email address, username, profile photo

• Location: to tailor content relevant to your region

• User Language: to personalize your experience

• Account Info: when you sign up using email and password

• Usage Data: via Firebase Analytics, including device type, usage patterns, and crash logs

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

• Create and manage your account

• Personalize and improve your experience

• Match you with relevant content or users

• Analyze usage to enhance performance and features

3. Audio Calls and Chat Features

Karka∞ includes real-time chat and audio call features powered by Agora SDK. While we do not store the audio content of your calls, Agora may temporarily process audio data to provide call functionality. Please review Agora’s Privacy Policy for more details.

Karka∞ does not allow the public sharing of nudity or sexually explicit content, or the public sharing of real-world graphic violence outside of a newsworthy context. Upon receiving a user report about such content, we will review and remove the content if it violates our guidelines.

Karka∞ does not implement real-time or automated chat moderation. However, we allow users to report abusive or inappropriate behavior, and we reserve the right to investigate and take action based on these reports.

We do not monitor or moderate your communications. However, we reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action if we receive reports of abuse, threats, or illegal activity.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase Authentication – for secure login

• Firebase Firestore – for storing user data and posts

• Firebase Analytics – to analyze app usage

• Agora – to provide audio call capabilities

These third parties may collect information as governed by their own privacy policies.

5. Data Retention and User Controls

• You can delete your posts and clear your chat history (chat remains visible to the other user).

6. Children’s Privacy

Karka∞ is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information immediately.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Commitment to Preventing Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Karka∞ maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation. We do not permit any content that depicts, promotes, or encourages such behavior, and we strictly prohibit any users from engaging in such activities on our platform.

We promptly investigate all reports related to CSAE content or behavior. Any accounts found violating this policy will be permanently banned, and relevant authorities may be notified in compliance with applicable laws.

We are committed to cooperating with law enforcement and child protection organizations as needed to keep our platform safe.

9. End-User License Agreement (EULA)

By creating an account or using Karka∞, you agree to the following terms:

Respectful Use
Karka∞ is a platform for respectful knowledge-sharing and learning. Users must not post, share, or engage in any content that is:

• Abusive, harassing, or threatening

• Sexually explicit or violent (except in appropriate news or educational contexts)

• Discriminatory or hateful toward individuals or groups

• Misleading, fraudulent, or violates any law

No Tolerance for Objectionable Content
We have zero tolerance for objectionable or abusive behavior. Reported content or users violating these terms will be reviewed and appropriate action will be taken, including removal of content or banning of accounts.

User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you generate or share on the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this agreement without prior notice.

Age Restrictions
You must be 13 years or older to use Karka∞. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are made, we will notify users by updating the date at the top of this policy or through in-app notification.
