BIKE 101: Learn basic riding how-tos including balance, shifting, and controlling speed with proper technique. Our expert coaches will also introduce riding protocol and safety. This clinic includes an introductory lesson on single track and dirt roads from mid-mountain, bike rental, and protective gear (helmet, knee/shin/elbow pads).
BIKE 201: In this clinic you will learn how to build upon the basic skills, such as navigating sharp corners and riding on loose dirt. This clinic includes instruction and a 7 mile descent on our beginner trail on Dercum Mountain, bike rental, protective gear, and lift ticket. Bike haul tickets included with packages are good all day.

This year's Vail America Days™ will look different without the iconic parade however Vail is open and the patriotic spirit is stronger than ever!
A traditional parade is not possible for 2020, but the Town of Vail will feature some incredible exhibits and surprises from Vail Village to Lionshead. While visiting Vail's shops and restaurants, take time to stroll through town and enjoy the curated displays embracing this year's theme: Stronger Together. Enjoy a short fireworks performance in the evening.
Kids Adventure Games – Date TBD
The Kids Adventure Games is a nationwide, multi-discipline obstacle adventure race for kids ages 6 to 14. In teams of two participants compete together on bikes, in water and on foot through a 2.5-4 mile course featuring up to 15 man-made and natural obstacles. The Kids Adventure Games is more than a race, it’s an event for the whole family to enjoy! Whether racing or spectating, there’s an entire demo village and Family Mud Run for everyone to get involved!
Vail Craft Beer and Rocky Mountain Burger Battle – Date TBD
Pairing beer with adventure, the Town of Vail Craft Beer Classic is Colorado’s highest altitude beer tasting! Pair that with the Rocky Mountain Burger Battle to determine the Best Burger in Colorado. Kid’s Adventure Camp Because there is so much terrain to explore at Vail, we offer the kids the ultimate on-mountain adventure with our weekly Kids' Adventure Camp. It's simply the best way for little rippers to apply the new skills they learn to specific terrain, build up their confidence, and explore all new sections of the resort with a group of similar ability and an attentive ski pro who fills all three days with fun as endless as our runs.
