Cupping Therapy Treatment
This treatment combines massage therapy with therapeutic cups to help decompress the layers of fascia, increasing circulation and blood flow to targeted areas. Cupping therapy can help reduce pain and stress, decrease inflammation, release muscle tension, and improve overall range of motion and flexibility. Suitable for clients experiencing muscle spasms, tissue restrictions, general tension, chronic tightness, areas of poor circulation, reduced mobility, or clients who are seeking general relaxation.

Lymphatic Drainage Treatment
Lymphatic drainage treatments use gentle manual lymphatic drainage techniques to stimulate the body’s natural lymph flow and encourage fluid to move back toward the lymph nodes, where it can be properly filtered and processed. This slow, light, rhythmic approach helps remove excess fluid and waste from the tissues. The benefits of lymphatic drainage can include reducing water retention and swelling, easing inflammation and general tissue tension, supporting digestion, and helping to decrease discomfort or heaviness in the body while promoting overall relaxation and recovery.
