During the National KARANCHO Chapter Chairman’s Conference held at Butuan City last August 11-13, 2000, the use of K-Efficiency and Monthly Dues Card by every individual KARANCHO member was approved 

The primary purpose of its implementation is to monitor the diligence of your members. The mechanics in the releases and replacement of card are the following: 

1. The card shall be released and replaced monthly only by the Chapter Chairman. 

2. The card bears the signature of the Chapter Chairman. 

3. Failure to bear the card shall not enjoy the network assistance except in time of “emergency.” 

4. The value of the card is Fifteen Pesos (P 15) corresponds to the monthly dues stipulated in the KARANCHO By laws for the sustenance of the Chapter. 

5. The lost card must be reported to the chapter chairman immediately and be replaced the same. 

6. Every lost card costs P15.00.
