Reservation Policies and Conditions

• To ensure appointments availability, we highly recommend you to make booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

• You may receive our confirmation text/ call/ or email regarding your bookings.

• It is requested that you change or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. There is no fee for rescheduling the appointment and is subjected to the therapist availability.

• It is the responsibility of the client to keep the massage therapist informed of any medical treatment currently being taken, and to provide the written permission from your MD, physician, chiropractor, ect. if needed. For the new client, please fill out the consultation form before the massage. 

• We request that you arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment. Late arrival may affect the duration of your massage session. 

Payment 

We accept cash, eftpos, visa card , and master card. Kindly note that payment by card will incur a surcharge. 

All gift vouchers are non-refundable.
