Microphone access is used only for the functionality requested by you. We do not use the microphone to continuously monitor, track, or identify users.
The App may request access to photos, images, videos, or other media stored on your device when you choose to use a feature that requires such access.
If you choose to use an AI-powered editing or image-generation feature, the image or other media you select may be transmitted to Google Gemini for processing and generation of the result you requested.
We do not use your gallery or media files for advertising, behavioral tracking, or personal profiling.
The App provides face exercise, photo editing, and AI-powered image-generation features.
The App does not collect or create biometric facial identifiers, facial templates, faceprints, facial recognition profiles, or facial geometry for the purpose of uniquely identifying an individual.
However, if you voluntarily select or capture a photograph or video containing a person's face and use a feature that requires processing of that image, the image may be transmitted to Google Gemini, our third-party AI service provider, for the limited purpose of providing the requested editing or image-generation functionality.
The image may therefore contain a person's face, but we do not use the facial information to identify the person, authenticate the person, create a biometric profile, perform facial recognition, or track the person.
We do not sell facial images or biometric facial information.
Images, videos, text, audio, or other content that you voluntarily submit through the App may be processed when necessary to provide the feature you request.
For AI-powered features, submitted content may be transmitted to Google Gemini for processing.
Such content is used for the requested functionality, such as AI image editing or image generation, and is not intentionally used by us for advertising, behavioral tracking, facial recognition, or identifying individual users.
We do not intentionally collect personal information such as your name, home address, phone number, government identification number, or other personally identifiable information through the App.
We do not sell or rent users' personal information to third parties.
Please note that information voluntarily included in content that you submit to an AI feature, such as a photograph containing a person, may be processed by the third-party service provider required to provide that feature.
Our App may use third-party services to provide certain functionality.
We use the Google Gemini API, provided by Google, to support certain AI-powered features of the App, including image editing and/or image generation.
When you voluntarily use an AI feature, content necessary to provide that feature may be transmitted to the Gemini API. Depending on the feature you use, this may include text, images, photographs, audio, or other media that you submit.
If a submitted photograph contains a person's face, that image may be processed by Google Gemini. This processing is necessary to provide the AI feature requested by the user.
We do not use Google Gemini to create facial recognition profiles or identify users.

We do not intentionally maintain our own server-side database of users' facial images, biometric facial data, or facial recognition profiles.
Images and other content may be temporarily transmitted to and processed by Google Gemini when you use an AI-powered feature.
The storage, logging, processing, and retention of information by Google Gemini are governed by the applicable Google Gemini API/service configuration and Google's applicable policies and terms.
We do not claim that information transmitted to Google Gemini is never retained by Google. The applicable retention period may depend on the Google service and API configuration used to process the content.
We do not independently retain submitted facial images for advertising, facial recognition, user profiling, or identification purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We may transmit user-submitted content to third-party service providers when necessary to provide functionality requested by you.
For AI-powered editing and image-generation features, this may include transmitting your selected image or other submitted content to Google Gemini.
We do not share facial images or other submitted content with third parties for advertising, behavioral tracking, facial recognition, or user identification purposes.
We do not maintain a separate facial-image or biometric-data database.
If an image is transmitted to Google Gemini, any retention or deletion of that content by Google is subject to the applicable Google Gemini API/service policies and configuration.
Users can prevent future transmission of images to Google Gemini by not using the AI features that require image processing.
The App may request permissions such as:
Camera permission
Microphone permission
Photos/Gallery or media permission
You can manage or revoke these permissions through your device settings. If you revoke a permission, certain features of the App may no longer function correctly.
Our App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.
We do not intentionally create personal profiles or biometric facial profiles for children.

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled through the App. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Information transmitted to third-party services may also be subject to the security practices of those service providers.
