Abstract submission

Oral presenters need to submit your abstract from here!

We will accept a pdf file with one page in A4 size.

*Short talk presenters do not need to submit your abstract.

Presentation slide submission

Deadline: 2023/2/17 (Fri)

Oral presenters need to submit your slides in advance from here (not opened).

Only ".ppt",  ".pptx", or ".pdf" format will be accepted.

*Registration form is open from 2023/2/1.

*Short talk presenters do not need to submit your slides.

※ There is no cost for audiences, oral presentations, or short talks. The cost of the reception will be approximately 3,000-4,000 yen.

※Personal information provided through this application will be managed to ensure that it is not leaked, and will only be used by the committee to provide information about the presentation and to contact you after the presentation for feedback and other purposes.

※Those who register for online participation will receive a Zoom link from the committee later.
