THE THANG:
The event is bi-directional. Run or walk the loop whichever direction you please or change it up to avoid stress on your knees.
In keeping with tradition, you will be ticking off laps on the storage bin lids with a sharpie. 100% honor system.
Course is a 1.5 loop entirely on pavement/sidewalk starting at the Kannapolis AO.
No fee! Also, no t-shirt, no support, and no whining, rain or shine!
The bathroom situation is challenging. Public bathrooms are open from 8 am to 8 pm. In those off-hours,....if you pack it in, please pack it out.
