However, he soon realizes that his visions are not just in his mind, but are actually happening in reality. He witnesses a series of deaths of people who are somehow connected to him. He also finds out that Rhea is cheating on him with his friend and business partner Aditya (Akshay Oberoi). He confronts them and breaks up with Rhea. He then decides to seek help from a psychiatrist named Dr. Shetty (Archana Shastri), who suggests that he may be suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and prescribes him some medication.
Raj follows Dr. Shetty's advice and tries to cope with his condition. However, he soon discovers that Dr. Shetty is not who she claims to be, but is actually Maya's sister and a part of a cult that believes in the concept of the final exit. The cult members believe that they can achieve salvation by killing themselves and others who have experienced near-death experiences. They target Raj as he is one of their chosen ones and plan to sacrifice him on the night of the full moon.
Raj manages to escape from their clutches and reaches out to Aditya for help. However, he finds out that Aditya is also a member of the cult and has been manipulating him all along. Raj realizes that he has no one to trust and decides to fight back. He confronts Maya and her followers at their hideout and kills them one by one. He then faces Maya, who reveals that she is actually his twin sister who was separated from him at birth. She tells him that they are destined to die together and tries to stab him. Raj dodges her attack and stabs her instead, killing her.
Raj survives the ordeal and is taken to a hospital. There, he meets Rhea, who apologizes for her betrayal and asks for his forgiveness. Raj forgives her and reconciles with her. He also learns that he has inherited a huge fortune from his biological parents, who were wealthy industrialists. He decides to start a new life with Rhea and leave behind his past.
