We investigate how systemic and tissue-derived signals in disease dynamically reprogram immune cells. 

By dissecting the intrinsic regulatory circuits governing immune cell fate and functional adaptation, 

we are going to uncover how immune responses are shaped across physiological and pathological contexts. 

Our ultimate goal is to leverage these insights to develop next-generation immunotherapies
