Green Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 a medium banana
1 handful spinach, washed
1 cup almond milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)
1 tbsp healthy fat (try coconut oil, nut butter or seeds)
1 protein powder
3–4 ice cubes
Optional: sweeten to taste w/ 1–2 tsp maple syrup or raw honey
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in high-speed blender, blend until smooth and enjoy!

Avocado-Lime Dip Recipe from: Vegetarian Planet
Ingredients
1 Haas avocado, peeled and pitted
3 tbsp lime juice (from about 1 1/2 limes)
3 tbsp whole, low-fat, or nonfat sour cream
3 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 tsp ground coriander seeds
1 garlic clove
1/3 cup canola oil
1/4 tsp salt
Fresh-ground Black pepper to taste
Directions:
In a blender or food processor, combine the avocado, lime juice, sour cream, cilantro, ground coriander, and garlic. Blend well.
With the machine running, slowly pour in the canola oil. Add the salt and pepper.Serve the dip immediately, or store it, refrigerated, in a container with a tight-fitting lid. It will keep for 5 days.
