• Mathematical modelling of infectious disease: SIR, SEIR (coursework-based)

• Bayesian Analysis: Bayesian hierarchical models (brms), credible intervals and model comparison (LOO), spatial autocorrelation and clustering (Moran’s I, LISA).

• Applied machine Learning: logistic regression, random forest, XGBoost, and Time-series models
