Voicebank Terms of Use

Attribution

When publishing work using this voicebank, you are required to state the name of any of the three voicebanks.

It is not necessary to state the name of this voicebank's author, but preferred.

When attributing the name or author of this voicebank, you must write the names exactly as written or in a form recognized as the voicebank. You cannot call the voicebank by any other name, nor can you attribute the voicebank to any other author. Unless you have made a fanloid, do not call it another name; and in the case of fanloids, attribute the original voicebank in the video's title or description.

Usage Content

Do not create sexual content. All three voicebanks' mascots AND voices are that of minors.

You are free to create violent content. Nothing violent should be sexualized or used to be erotic in any way, or used for fetish content, and gore is only prohibited if it is censored or not graphic. nudity of these voicebank characters is prohibited.

Seek author permission to create political content. We will almost always say no if it is to promote far-right or conservative ideals.

Seek author permission to create religious content. Do not recruit members to churches or religions using these characters or voicebanks. Content allowed under "religious" content would be showcasings of religious imagery to symbolize something for example.

The following types of content are unconditionally prohibited:

- Criminal or illegal content

- Explicit underage sexual content

- Bigotry and hateful content

- Violations of UTAU's Usage Policy

Anaya, Jade, and River Chandler reserves the right to request takedown of published content at any time, and users are expected to comply.

Character and Artwork

Published work using the voicebank may or may not include visual depictions of the voicebank character.

Visual depictions should be clearly recognizable as the voicebank character. This voicebank can be used in conjunction with artwork of other characters if they are present as well. You are free to give these depictions different clothing if it is appropriate for them to wear. You must keep key aspects to make them recognizable, though.

Existing artwork of the voicebank character you did NOT create cannot be used without prior permission from the individual artists. However, when publishing work featuring the voicebank, you may freely use the file "char.bmp".

Commercial Use

You cannot use this voicebank or any included assets in projects involving non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or cryptocurrency. This is Non-negotiable. 

Editing

You are free to edit the audio files of this voicebank in any way if you do not severely alter the voice, but do not use the files for deepvocal or ai voicebanks without prior permission.

You are free to edit any configuration files, such as oto.ini or FRQ files. Some of the otos may be messed up or not to your liking, so you are free to edit them.

You are free to edit, convert, or reconfigure this voicebank for any singing synthesizer. We would love to see how these three sound in other engines, actually!

You are permitted to use the contents of this voicebank outside of singing synthesizers, such as for music production or video production, as long as they are used appropriately.

Redistribution

Before this voicebank is discontinued, you may only redistribute the entire unedited voicebank unless you have edited the oto.ini frq files. You must correctly attribute the voicebank's name and author.

After this voicebank is discontinued, you are free to redistribute part or all of the voicebank. You must correctly attribute the voicebank's name and author, and clearly state any changes you have made.

You are free to share rendered singing vocals created with this voicebank.

帰属表示

このボイスバンクを使用して作品を公開する際は、3つのボイスバンクのいずれかの名前を明記する必要があります。

このボイスバンクの作者名を明記する必要はありませんが、明記することをお勧めします。

このボイスバンクの名前または作者名を明記する場合は、表記通りに、またはボイスバンクとして認められている形式で正確に表記する必要があります。ボイスバンクを他の名前で呼ぶことはできません。また、ボイスバンクを他の作者に帰属させることもできません。ファンロイドを作成していない場合は、別の名前を付けないでください。ファンロイドを作成した場合は、動画のタイトルまたは説明に元のボイスバンクの帰属表示を明記してください。

使用内容

性的コンテンツを作成しないでください。3つのボイスバンクのマスコットはすべて未成年です。使用された音声ファイルは、音声提供者が未成年だったときに録音されたものです。暴力的なコンテンツの作成は自由です。暴力的な内容は、性的に表現したり、エロチックな表現として使用したり、フェチコンテンツとして使用したりしてはなりません。また、ゴア描写は、検閲されているか、露骨でない場合のみ禁止されます。これらのボイスバンクキャラクターのヌードは禁止されています。

政治的なコンテンツを作成する場合は著者の許可を求めてください。極右や保守的な理想を推進するためであれば、私たちはほぼ常にノーと言うでしょう。

宗教的なコンテンツを作成する場合は著者の許可を求めてください。これらのキャラクターやボイスバンクを使用して教会や宗教に信者を勧誘しないでください。「宗教的」コンテンツとして許可されるコンテンツには、たとえば何かを象徴する宗教的なイメージの展示などがあります。

Anaya、Jade、River Chandlerは、公開されたコンテンツの削除をいつでも要求する権利を有し、ユーザーはこれに従う必要があります。

キャラクターとアートワーク

ボイスバンクを使用した公開作品には、ボイスバンクキャラクターのビジュアル描写を含めることも含めないことも可能です。

編集

再配布

このボイスバンクが廃止されるまでは、oto.ini や FRQ ファイルを編集していない限り、編集前のボイスバンク全体の再配布のみが許可されます。ボイスバンクの名前と著者を正しく表記する必要があります。

このボイスバンクが廃止された後は、ボイスバンクの一部または全部を自由に再配布できます。ただし、ボイスバンクの名前と作者を正しく表示し、変更を加えた場合はその旨を明記する必要があります。

このボイスバンクで作成されたレンダリングされた歌声を自由に共有できます。

免責事項

Anaya、Jade、River Chandlerは、ユーザーがボイスバンクまたはキャラクターをダウンロードまたは使用したことに起因するいかなる事故、損害、損失についても責任を負いません。
