1. Booking Confirmation & Payment

• Your booking will be confirmed only after an advance payment is received.

• The advance payment secures your spot and covers essential arrangements for the trip.

• By making the payment, you acknowledge and accept the terms & conditions mentioned below.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 3 days before the trip date: Eligible for a full refund of the advance payment.

• Cancellations within 3 days of the trip date: No refund will be provided.

• No Show: If a participant fails to join the trip without prior notice, the booking will be considered canceled with no refund applicable.

• Trip Cancellation by Us: If the trip is canceled due to natural calamities, weather conditions, government restrictions, or any unavoidable circumstances, we will provide either a full refund or a rescheduling option for a future date.

• Refund Process: If eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed within 7 working days and credited to the original payment method.

3. Travel & Safety Guidelines

• All participants must carry a valid ID proof for verification purposes.

• Travelers must adhere to the instructions given by the trip host for safety and smooth trip execution.

• Any medical conditions must be disclosed in advance to avoid complications during the trip.

• We take all necessary safety precautions; however, participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings during the journey.

• Any adventure activity, such as rafting, trekking, or jet skiing, is undertaken at your own risk.

4. Changes in Itinerary & Services

• The itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, roadblocks, or safety concerns.

• We strive to provide all mentioned services, but in case of any unavoidable changes, we will offer the best possible alternatives.

5. Responsibility & Liability

• Travelling Dost is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.

• We shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, or health-related issues arising during the trip.

• Any participant misbehaving or violating trip guidelines may be excluded from the tour without a refund.

6. Acceptance of Terms

• By making a booking, you agree to abide by all the terms & conditions stated above.

• It is the traveler’s responsibility to read and understand the cancellation and refund policy before booking.

• Ignorance of these terms will not be considered as a reason for a refund or dispute.
