1. 利用者情報の取得と利用目的
   本アプリは、当方が提供する無料アプリです。
   本アプリでは、利用者の個人情報（氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレスなど）を直接収集することはありません。

ゲームの進行状況や設定内容は主にご利用の端末内（ローカルストレージ）に保存されますが、「ワールドランキング機能」の提供にあたり、以下のデータを Google Firebase へ送信・保存します。
・利用者により入力されたニックネーム
・ゲームのスコアおよび達成レベル等のプレイデータ
・不正行為防止のためのアプリ固有ID

これらの情報は、ランキングの集計・表示、不正行為の防止、およびサービスの維持・向上のためにのみ利用され、個人を特定する目的では使用されません。

2. 広告表示について
   本アプリでは、当方が管理する独自の広告配信機能を使用して広告を表示しています。
   広告表示のため、Google Firebase / Firestore を利用して広告データ（広告タイトル、広告文、画像の保存先情報、リンク先URL等）を取得する場合があります。また、広告画像を表示するため、広告画像の保存先から画像データを取得する場合があります。

本アプリでは、広告の効果測定および運用のため、以下の情報を記録する場合があります。
・広告の表示回数
・広告のクリック回数

これらの情報は、アプリ終了時に Firebase / Firestore に送信される場合があります。

なお、本アプリは、広告配信に関連して、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号等の個人情報、位置情報、広告ID（Advertising ID）、Cookie、端末固有IDその他の個人を識別する情報を取得・利用しません。
また、広告は利用者の興味関心や行動履歴に基づくパーソナライズド広告ではなく、すべての利用者に共通して表示されます。

3. インターネットアクセスについて
   本アプリは以下の目的のためにインターネット通信を行います。
   ・ワールドランキングデータの送受信
   ・Firebase / Firestore からの広告データの取得
   ・広告画像の取得
   ・広告の表示回数およびクリック回数の送信
   ・プライバシーポリシーやストアページなど外部ウェブサイトへのアクセス

4. 免責事項
   本アプリの利用により生じたいかなる損害についても、当方は責任を負いません。
   また、本アプリ内のリンク先サイトにおける個人情報の保護やコンテンツについても責任を負いません。

5. プライバシーポリシーの変更
   当方は必要に応じて本プライバシーポリシーを改定することがあります。
   変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ページに掲載された時点で効力を生じるものとします。

1. Collection and Use of User Information
   This application is provided as a free application by the Developer.
   This application does not directly collect personally identifiable information such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, or email addresses.

Game progress and settings are primarily stored locally on the user's device. However, in order to provide the World Ranking feature, the following information is transmitted to and stored in Google Firebase:

• Nickname entered by the user

• Game scores, achievement levels, and other gameplay data

• An application-specific ID used to prevent fraudulent activity

This information is used solely for ranking aggregation and display, fraud prevention, and service maintenance and improvement. It is not used to identify individual users.

2. Advertisement Information
   This application displays advertisements using an original advertising system managed by the Developer.
   For displaying advertisements, the application may use Google Firebase / Firestore to retrieve advertisement data such as advertisement titles, descriptions, information about where advertisement images are stored, and destination URLs. The application may also retrieve image data from the storage location of advertisement images in order to display them.

For advertising performance measurement and operation, the application may record the following information:

• Number of advertisement impressions

• Number of advertisement clicks

Such information may be sent to Firebase / Firestore when the application is closed.

This application does not collect or use personal information such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers, nor does it collect or use location information, Advertising IDs, cookies, device-specific IDs, or other information that can identify an individual for advertising purposes.
Advertisements are shown equally to all users, and this application does not provide personalized advertising based on user interests, behavior, or usage history.

3. Internet Access
   This application uses internet access for the following purposes:

• Sending and receiving World Ranking data

• Retrieving advertisement data from Firebase / Firestore

• Retrieving advertisement images

• Sending advertisement impression counts and click counts

• Accessing external websites such as the Privacy Policy page or application store page

4. Disclaimer
   The Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this application.
   The Developer is also not responsible for the privacy practices or content of external websites linked from within this application.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
   The Developer may revise this Privacy Policy as necessary.
   Any revised Privacy Policy shall become effective when it is published on this page.
