Mobile Number: To register and verify your account.
Aadhar Details: Including name, address, gender, date of birth, and photograph, obtained during Aadhar authentication, for identification purposes.
Facial Image: Captured during attendance marking to verify your identity against Aadhar records. This image is not stored after daily verification.
HRMS Data: After Aadhar authentication, we retrieve additional information from the HRMS APIs, including:

Designation
Office Address with Geolocation
KGID (Employee ID)
Mobile Number This information is saved in our database for authentication and identification purposes.
1.2 Location Data
We collect your device’s geolocation (latitude and longitude) at the time of attendance marking to ensure you are within the permitted area for attendance.
1.3 Device Information
We collect and store the unique device ID from your device’s secured storage for account identification.
Registration and Authentication: To verify your identity using OTP and Aadhar authentication.
HRMS Integration: To retrieve and verify your employment-related details from HRMS APIs.
Attendance Marking: To verify your facial image with Aadhar records and ensure you are in the permitted location.
Account Management: To identify returning users through device ID and facilitate seamless app use.
Stored Information:
Personal details (name, address, gender, DoB, photograph, designation, office address, geolocation, KGID, and mobile number) obtained from Aadhar and HRMS APIs are securely stored in our database for identification purposes.
Facial images captured for daily attendance verification are not stored after the verification process.
Retention Period: Data will be retained for as long as required to provide the service and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except:

With authorized government departments as per directives for attendance and location compliance.
We implement strict security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. This includes encryption, secure storage practices, and restricted access to sensitive information.
