Blood mixer is common in laboratories.Typical blood mixer only have control over rolling speed . But our designed blood mixer has 2-DOF . We design shell and tube heat exchanger which will work as condenser. Performance of the Horizontal condenser is better than vertical condenser due to effect of film condensation. Our tema type was BEU type. We designed the condenser through iterating over different parametre on HTRI 6.0 software, the output of this software is added below). We have studied effect of static and fatigue analysis over an material. By analysis of factor of safety over an mechanical hook we found that some portion of the hook tends to fail earlier than other part . So it is important to increase the material in high stress zone to reduce the chance of failure and remove material from low stress zone to reduce the cost.
