Rules and Regulations

Rules and Regulations of the library-

•Keep your valuable belongings with you and put your bags into the stack before entering into the library

•Maintain the entrance register for the use of the library.

•Keep silence inside the library

•Major students are provided 4 books and pass course students are provided 2 books at a time

•Books are issued for 10 days only

•Re-issue of a book is provided only once to the students on request for the same period

•After due date a fine of Rs. 1/- for per extra day is charged to the users for the borrowed documents

•Books are issued in the following manner-

• Monday and Tuesday- 1^st/2^nd Sem

• Wednesday and Thursday- 3^rd/ 4^th Sem

• Friday and Saturday – 5^th/6^th Sem

•The borrowed documents can be returned on due date on all working days

•Admit cards for exams are issued only after getting the clearance from the library. So students are asked to return all the issued books before the exam

•For reading any document inside the library students are advised to ask for temporary issue of the book to use in the reading room for that particular day only and maintain the reading room register

•For any loss of documents students need to bear the cost of the book

•Personal books are not allowed to use in the library

•Don’t write or underline in the pages of the books

•Proper Uniform and Library card is necessary to avail the library facility
