1)Heritage architectural conservation – renovating old buildings while maintaining the original facades.
2)Pedestrian walkway improvements – alleys such as Lorong Mesra Alam and Lorong Warisan are being renovated for arts and community activities.
3)Installation of bilingual signage (Malay & Chinese).
4)Sustainable tourism development – integrating tourism activities with the local community.
