NTI Hub

We have updated our enrollment process to remove some of the barriers that got in the way of families accessing the free NTI support. Families will no longer have to participate in a tutoring consultation. Our space is now open for in-person sessions (face masks are required). Families will be able to drop off their youth Monday - Thursday between 1 - 6 PM for free NTI support. Scholars will complete assignments as well as participate in the programming offered in the Change Education Hub.

For the families that will need rides, use the Lyft Code: EDUCATIONHUB2021 to get back and forth from the Education Hub to home.

Scholars will receive a free grab-and-go snack bag from 10 AM - 4 PM and hot meals Tuesday - Thursday between 4-6 PM.

If you're interested in in-person NTI support please fill out this form so that we can gather more background information. Once the form is filled out, you will receive a confirmation email.

Pandemic EBT Card Information

The pandemic EBT is a crisis-related benefit extended by states to families with children who would be receiving free meals (based on classification criteria or community eligibility) if school were in session full time. The benefit is given as a supplement to those meals which would have otherwise been consumed during the school day.

Pandemic EBT, administered by the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services, helps families whose children receive free or reduced lunch cover the extra cost of groceries for the days when school went virtual this school year October 2020-June 2021). Pandemic EBT is for Kentucky student’s who receive free and reduced lunch and who:

  • attended school virtually.

  • attended school both virtually and in person.

Students will receive the benefits one of three ways:

  • If a member of the household is a SNAP participant, benefits will go on the households existing EBT card.

  • If the student is newly enrolled in school and not a SNAP participant, the Cabinet for Health and Family Services will mail an EBT card to the address on file with the student’s school. If this address is incorrect, please contact the Cabinet for Health and Family Services at (855)306-8959.

  • If the student received P-EBT in the months of August and September, benefits will be loaded on the same card. If you lost or threw away your card, please call (888)979-9949 to request a new one.

If you have questions about P-EBT, please call the Cabinet’s Information Hub at 855-306-8959 and select the “food benefits” option.
