What you realize from listening to these success stories and the inevitable failures along the way is that entrepreneurs share some fundamental qualities; the passion for success, the ability to keep going despite overwhelming odds, the charisma to attract and challenge the best teams, and an uncanny instinct to redirect your trajectory and seize opportunities when they need it most.

I admit I'm a bit addicted to hearing others describe their own business journey, but I'm not a fan of well-edited and choreographed interviews. I like to see the real person behind the myth; that flawed human being who somehow navigated through his insecurities and challenges and isn't afraid to talk about them.

Every year the fourth Sunday of September is celebrated as Girls' Day in India, this year the day falls on September 27. On this day, parents celebrate the gift to daughter. It's a day that celebrates the girl. This day was first established to get rid of the stigma of having a daughter. This year due to the coronavirus pandemic, movement is limited and social distancing is in place, but you can still share virtual wishes and hugs with your loved ones.
