This site serves as a reflection of my personal and academic growth throughout my summer semester as I explore and learn from CIST 101 course. My eportfolio will demonstrate my skill development on exporting files , links , learning how the world web works, how data and information is related and how that information can be shared.
Hi! I am a future digital marketer, I enjoy creating graphic designs and logos! The past couple of years my passion for learning how to create social media content has grown tremendously to the point I want to make a career out of it. I see media content as art another way to express yourself, your business and your purpose in life.
My hobbies are creative writing (poetry), editing poems along with helping others dissect them, doing makeup, and painting (although I am not the best at painting!).
My favorite quote is "Sometimes, I feel discriminated against, but it does not make me angry. It merely astonishes me. How can any deny themselves the pleasure of my company? It's beyond me.” by Zora Neala Hurston
I live in North East Baltimore, with my 4 year old daughter and my fur baby!
Overall this course has taught me so much about technology systems, the difference between the internet and the web. I've also learned about the software apps and applications. During this course I've learned what makes a computer a computer, by me learning what makes a computer a computer I have realized almost every device we use technology are computers despite the name we call the device. Overall my self reflection I grew with inserting link and saving files and transferring them to deliverable files. I can say I still need to work on learning how to insert certain types of media. However, I walked away from this course with a lot of gain knowledge.
