• Deposit goes toward total amount 

• Online form must be filled out before appointment. 

• If 15 minutes late, there is a $10 late fee.

• If 25 minutes late appointment will be cancelled, Deposit non-refunded

• No shows deposits are non-refundedable

• If in the event you need to reschedule please contact me 24 hours before your appointment. (972-510-5948)

• If you’re not satisfied with a product, it is returnable for another product, but are non-refundable

• You must advise of the dissatisfaction of a product within 15 days of original purchase.

• Return products must be at atat least 60% full.
