Currently, I am an assistant professor in the department of mathematics at SRM University-AP. Prior to that I was an NBHM postdoctoral fellow at Chennai Mathematical Institute. I pursued my PhD in mathematics at the Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar under the supervision of Prof. Indranath Sengupta.

My primary area of research is Commutative Algebra; in particular, I have worked on problems related to the v-number, Cohen-Macaulay classification, componentwise linearity, and algebraic invariants like depth and regularity for various classes of graded ideals and their powers, symbolic powers, square-free powers, etc. Furthermore, I am trying to explore the other research areas of commutative algebra and combinatorics.
