We are committed to do research, analysis and development activities in the issues directly or indirectly affecting the target group.

KALSAM coordinates various programs, seminars, projects, research groups, consultations and publishes papers on various subject matters to progress our vision of establishment of research institutes and Think Tanks of various disciplines.

*KALSAM  Roots*

We can find KALSAM  genesis since the early 70s when famine, poverty, and huge human suffering co-existed way back in the first and second decades after nation's independence.

*KALSAM  Inspiration*

We draw inspiration from various farmer organizers, labor unions of various ideologies, scientists and policymakers who try their best to serve humanity and have succeeded on various levels.

 *KALSAM Belief*

We believe that we need to take responsibility of present day situation by scientifically understanding the ground realities, actual and factual data, figures and policy inputs. Also constructive activities through research institutions, Think tanks, projects affiliates, seminars, workshops, and events.
