Pankaj Lal Kalar joined our group as Project Assistant in a SERB-DST project in the month of July 2018. Subsequently, he qualified entrance test for PhD at Dr. Harisingh Gour University in 2019 and started working as PhD Scholar in the field of development of catalytic electrophilic fluorination and green and catalytic approach for the synthesis of biologically active compounds.

She was a MANF-UGC Research Fellow and worked in the field of development of organocatalytic electrophilic fluorination of small organic molecules. She completed her research works in 2018 and awarded PhD degree in 2019. Thesis Title: Novel Organocatalysts for Enantioselective Synthesis of Fluorinated Molecules.
