I'm a small, privately owned and operated business located in Cool, California with no certifications, but I have a large skill set and have experience since 2017 diagnosing, working on, repairing, and troubleshooting computers. All the work done to my own personal computers and devices has been done by me and I've only ever gone into a repair shop once when my old Nokia 3.1A died when I fried a capacitor in it, long story short, no one could fix it. I can do everything from minor component fixes, diagnosing issues, program error troubleshooting, system error troubleshooting, computer assembly and disassembly, to cleaning, maintenance, and everything in between. I can also do custom pc builds and upgrading. I offer in-house and walk-in computer repair services and consulting by appointment. I will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and/or replace anything wrong with your pc as well as clean the hardware. As of this point in time, I only have the ability to work on desktop computers, the limiting factor being my tools. I also offer options for custom computers to be built in my own shop.
I have been working with computers since 2017 and my knowledge has only grown since then. I have disassembled and reassembled my own desktop computer multiple times just for fun and every time it was either running just as good or better than before I took it apart. I've solved numerous problems with software, programs, and system settings.
I offer low prices and free cleaning when a repair is done. Every computer problem I've ever had was fixed by me and I've never taken a computer into a shop before in my life. When you choose me to repair your computer, you are trusting me with your computer and for it to be handled with care, and as such, that's exactly what I will do. Every part will go back where it was, no scratch will be made, every movement and step done with precision and accuracy to ensure that your computer leaves the shop in a better state than when it arrived. Custom computer build:
Price of parts (including tax) + $75.00 assembly fee.
System/software/program fix:
$15.00/hr flat fee + $15.00 every additional hour.
