It takes 1 -2 business days after postage. We post every Wednesday, and Saturday (except public holidays).
For international orders such as Singapore & Brunei, it may take up to 5 working days.
Do you ship to other countries?
Yes, we do ship to other selected countries. Check our shipping info to see the list of countries we ship to!
Can I amend my shipping details?
If you have placed an order and decided to edit your shipping address, kindly email us at Kallosofficial21@gmail.com within 30 minutes after placing an order.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping costs are as below:
West Malaysia: RM 13
East Malaysia: RM 6

Our products are manufactured in Malaysia!
How do I pick the perfect shade of lipstick?
Women are constantly on the lookout. If your skin is fair, cool lipstick colours like peach, pink, and rose are best; if your skin color slants yellow, choose palm red, wine red, or dry red. Furthermore, if you have dark skin and want to appear white, you can apply dark lipstick to your dark skin.
Do you offer product samples?
We do not offer any product samples.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Incorrect/ Defective Items
Customers may request an exchange or refund for any damaged/faulty items within 5 days of receiving the order.
To help us with your exchange or refund process, please:
Take a photo proof of the incorrect/defective products
Include your order ID

We will bear the shipping delivery of your replacement item.
Please take note that we do not provide cash refund unless the exact item is out of stock and we will provide you a credit note in which you may utilise it to purchase other available items.
