Race inclusions

Does each entrant get a race shirt?

Only the first 400 entrants to register for either the 7.5km Long Course AND 4.2km Short Course receive a race shirt. If the entry is received before 21 June 2019 (i.e. an early bird entry), the entrant is guaranteed to receive their selected size. For the entries received after this date, we cannot guarantee preferred size will be available, however we will do our best to get as close to the requested size as possible.

Entrants in the 2.0km Kids Dash receive a Kalinga Dash handball and a finisher's medal.

Size charts for running shirts are below. The mens sizes are slightly generous compared to normal, the ladies are a bit smaller than normal.
