ABOUT ME
ABOUT ME
I am an LCSW currently living in Texas with over 25 years of clinical experience. I earned my Master's Degree in Social Work from Arizona State University in 1996. My early career focused on helping children and families impacted by trauma and mental health issues. My most recent experience has been primarily focused on helping people impacted by addiction. I have completed certifications in Trauma-Focused CBT, Trauma Informed Care and am currently a Certified Daring Way Facilitator. Throughout my career, I've witnessed the transformative power of therapy and remain dedicated to guiding individuals toward a brighter future.
I see therapy as a journey of reconnection, where we explore how your experiences within your family system have shaped you and continue to influence your relationships. With a relational lens, we'll focus on understanding the intricate dance of emotions and communication within your family, and how these dynamics impact your well-being. Together, we'll work towards fostering healthier patterns of interaction, building trust and empathy, and ultimately strengthening your connections not only within your family, but in all aspects of your life.
