سياسة الخصوصية — تطبيق «كلمات» (Kalimat)

نحترم خصوصيتك. تطبيق «كلمات» مجاني بالكامل وبلا إعلانات، وصُمِّم ليعمل قدر الإمكان داخل جهازك مع الحد الأدنى من البيانات. لا يطلب التطبيق حساباً ولا يستخدم أدوات تحليلات. توضّح هذه الصفحة البيانات التي يستخدمها التطبيق، وأين تُعالَج، ومتى يتصل بالإنترنت.
1) البيانات التي لا نجمعها
لا يجمع التطبيق ولا يخزّن على خوادمنا: حسابات، أو اسماً/بريداً إجبارياً، أو أدوات تتبّع/تحليلات، ولا معرّفات إعلانية، ولا يعرض أي إعلانات، ولا يبيع بياناتك أبداً.
2) الأذونات ولماذا نطلبها
• الموقع: يُستخدم لحساب أوقات الصلاة. تتم المعالجة داخل جهازك فقط ولا يُرسَل موقعك إلى أي خادم.
• الكاميرا: تُستخدم عند مسح المنتجات والباركود وقراءة الملصقات. تجري القراءة داخل الجهاز دون إنترنت، والصور لا تُحفَظ ولا تُرفَع.
• الإنترنت: لازم لجلب معلومات منتج، وللترجمة، ولتشغيل التلاوات الصوتية وتنزيلها.
3) اتصالات الطرف الثالث
عند استخدام ميزات معيّنة، يتصل التطبيق بالخدمات التالية ويرسل إليها فقط الحد الأدنى اللازم:
• Open Food Facts: عند مسح منتج، يُرسَل رقم الباركود لجلب معلومات المنتج. لا تُرسَل بيانات شخصية.
• MyMemory Translation: عند طلب ترجمة، يُرسَل النص الذي تكتبه للترجمة. لا ترسل نصوصاً حساسة.
• Google Apps Script: فقط عند اختيارك إرسال تقييم/رسالة عبر نموذج «رأيك يهمّنا»، تُرسَل رسالتك وتقييمك إلى مطوّر التطبيق. اختياري تماماً بمبادرتك.
• تلاوات القرآن الصوتية (mp3quran.net وخوادم مماثلة): تُبثّ أو تُنزَّل ملفات صوتية عند طلبك. لا تُرسَل بيانات شخصية.
• Google Fonts: لتحميل الخطوط لعرض الواجهة.
كما تحتوي بعض الأزرار (مثل سور القرآن) على روابط خارجية تفتح المصدر الرسمي المعتمد (موسوعة القرآن الكريم quranenc.com) في متصفح جهازك؛ وعندها يخضع تصفحك لسياسة ذلك الموقع.
4) الإعلانات
لا يعرض التطبيق أي إعلانات، ولا يستخدم معرّف الإعلان (Advertising ID)، ولا يتضمّن أي حزم تتبّع إعلاني.
5) البيانات المخزّنة على جهازك
يحفظ التطبيق محلياً على جهازك فقط: نتائج الألعاب، تفضيلات اللغة، الإعدادات، التلاوات التي نزّلتها، ونسخة من رسائل التقييم. تبقى هذه البيانات على جهازك ويمكنك مسحها بحذف بيانات التطبيق من إعدادات الهاتف.
6) الأطفال
التطبيق مناسب للجميع ولا يجمع عمداً بيانات شخصية من الأطفال، ولا يحتوي على إعلانات ولا محادثات مفتوحة مع الغرباء.
7) الاحتفاظ والحذف
البيانات المحلية تبقى حتى تحذفها أنت من جهازك. رسائل التقييم التي أرسلتَها اختيارياً تُحفَظ لدى المطوّر لتحسين التطبيق؛ لطلب حذفها راسِلنا على البريد أدناه وسنحذفها.
8) الأمان
تتم كل اتصالات الشبكة عبر بروتوكول مُشفَّر (HTTPS). ومع ذلك لا توجد وسيلة نقل عبر الإنترنت آمنة 100%، ونبذل جهداً معقولاً لحماية بياناتك.
9) تغييرات هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسننشر النسخة المحدّثة على هذه الصفحة مع تعديل تاريخ السريان.

Privacy Policy — Kalimat App
Effective date: 2 August 2026
We respect your privacy. Kalimat is completely free with no ads, and is designed to work, as much as possible, on your device with minimal data. The app requires no account and uses no analytics tools. This page explains what data the app uses, where it is processed, and when it connects to the internet.
1) Data we do not collect
The app does not collect or store on our servers: accounts, mandatory name/email, tracking/analytics data, or advertising identifiers. It shows no ads and never sells your data.
2) Permissions and why
• Location: used to compute prayer times, processed on-device only and never sent to a server.
• Camera: used to scan products, barcodes and labels; recognition runs on-device offline and images are neither stored nor uploaded.
• Internet: used for product lookup, translation, and streaming/downloading audio recitations.
3) Third-party connections
When you use certain features, the app connects to: Open Food Facts (sends the scanned barcode only), MyMemory (sends the text you ask to translate), Google Apps Script (only if you choose to submit feedback — sends your message and rating to the developer), Quran audio hosts such as mp3quran.net (audio streaming/download, no personal data), and Google Fonts (UI fonts). Each is governed by its own provider's privacy policy.
Some buttons (such as Quran surahs) contain external links that open the official approved source (Quran Encyclopedia, quranenc.com) in your device browser; your browsing there is governed by that site's policy.
4) Advertising
The app shows no ads, does not use the Advertising ID, and includes no advertising or tracking SDKs.
5) Data stored on your device
The app stores locally on your device only: game scores, language preferences, settings, downloaded recitations, and a cached copy of feedback. You can erase this by clearing the app's data in your phone settings.
6) Children
The app is suitable for everyone and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. It contains no ads and no open chat with strangers.
7) Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you delete it from your device. Feedback you voluntarily submitted is kept by the developer to improve the app; to request its deletion, email us at the address below and we will delete it.
8) Security
All network connections use encrypted HTTPS. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, but we make reasonable efforts to protect your data.
9) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
