My name is Kelley Logans-Ali, LCSW, ACSW, LCDC. I worked for The Department of Family and Protective Services for 27 years, providing professional social work services. I climbed the department ladder throughout my career and ended as the Mental Health Program Specialist for the State of Texas at Child Protective Services (CPS) Division of Practice Excellence. I provided assistance to CPS workers across the state while they worked with children with severe emotional disturbances and adults with mental illnesses.

Additionally, I have over 16 years of clinical experience as a clinician at an acute psychiatric facility. My personal philosophy on supervision is that learning occurs through relationships.
