These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kalhes mobile application (“App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Kalhes is a calorie tracking and calculation application designed to help users monitor daily calorie intake, estimate nutritional values, and track lifestyle goals.
Kalhes does not provide medical, dietary, or professional health advice.
All information provided through Kalhes is for general informational purposes only.
The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making dietary or lifestyle changes.
Kalhes shall not be held responsible for any health-related outcomes resulting from the use of the App.

Certain features of the App may require account registration.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
If Kalhes offers paid features or subscriptions:
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Subscription management and cancellation must be handled through your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policies.
All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials within the App are owned by or licensed to Kalhes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose,
Interfere with or disrupt the security or functionality of the App,
Engage in activities that negatively affect other users.
Kalhes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
You may stop using the App at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Kalhes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or health-related damages arising from the use of the App.
Kalhes does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how user data is collected, used, and protected.
Kalhes may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will become effective once published within the App or on related platforms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.
