Feyzullah Durasi ("we," "us," or "our") operates the "Kalender: Mindful & Garden" mobile application (the "App") for iOS, iPadOS, and watchOS.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the App.
1. Information We Collect
We believe in minimal data collection. We do not collect or store your personal identity information on any remote servers.
a. Local Data Storage (On-Device)
All data you input into the App—including your calendar events, routines, habit completions, personal notes, passcode keys, and virtual garden progress—is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData technology. This data remains on your physical device and we have no access to it.
b. iCloud Syncing
If you enable iCloud on your Apple devices, your local data may be synced across your personal devices via Apple's iCloud service. This syncing process is managed entirely by Apple. We do not host, access, or control this data.
c. Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To serve relevant ads, Google AdMob may collect and process device identifiers, such as Apple's Advertising Identifier (IDFA), IP address, device model, and limited interaction data. This data collection is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and your iOS privacy settings (such as App Tracking Transparency consent).
2. Passcode and Biometric Security (Face ID)
If you utilize the App's passcode lock or Face ID features to secure your personal notes, this security verification is performed locally using Apple’s secure keychain APIs. We never collect, transmit, or store your passcode or biometric data.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information stored on your device solely to operate and maintain the App's features, such as displaying your calendar, tracking habits, and growing your virtual plants.
Third-party advertising partners use device identifiers strictly to display relevant advertisements within the App.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Since all your personal data is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud storage, you have complete control over it. You can modify or delete your data at any time directly within the App, or permanently erase all data by uninstalling the App from your device.

If you are using the App in the European Union (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you retain the right to access, rectify, restrict, or delete your data. Because we do not store your data on our own databases or servers, you can exercise these rights directly by managing your data on your device, disabling iCloud sync, or opting out of ad tracking through your iOS system settings (Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking).

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy.
