■Regarding Payment
Kaleido Lodge Yukon is accepted by cash (Canadian dollar only) or credit card (other than JCB).
■Regarding new coronavirus infection
Under the guidance of the Yukon Territory Health Center,
the lodge has been approved for an operational plan to implement appropriate public health measures
and is operated with a business license from the Yukon Territory Health Center.
■Regarding the disclaimer agreement
you will be asked to sign the agreement form for staying at this lodge when you check-in.
■About smoking
This lodge is completely non-smoking. Please use the outdoor smoking area(including electronic cigarettes).
Please refrain from smoking around customers who do not smoke.
In addition, cannabis (marijuana) and products containing harmful components of cannabis (food-shaped products, skin-applied products, etc.),
The possession and use of similar products is strictly prohibited.
■Regarding the use of the room
If it's dark outside, please close the shading blinds in your room and bathroom
Also, please do not leave the windows / doors in your room open.
■About meals
If you have any allergies, please inform the staff in advance when making a reservation.
We will prepare alternative meals and ingredients.
However, all menu of this lodge will be cooked in the same kitchen.
Therefore, it is difficult to completely remove allergens, and some may remain.
We do not guarantee that the meals provided by this lodge will not cause allergic symptoms.
Guests are responsible for making the final decision.
■About the use of shared space
The shared space will be completely turned lights off after 10pm, If there are guests who want to see the aurora
However, please note that the lights may be turned on temporarily at check-in and check-out.
■About rental items
When you receive the rental item, please check for any damage by yourself.
In the unlikely event that it is damaged, please notify the staff within 30 minutes of receipt. We will bring another one.
When returning the item, we will check the rental item and make sure that it is not lost or damaged.
Please note that if the rental item is damaged or lost, you will be responsible to pay for the full cost.
■About tours
Please note that the content of the tour, the date and time of the tour may be changed or canceled due to the weather or other reasons.
■Regarding theft
Please note that we are not responsible for any theft or loss in this lodge.
■About parking lot
There is a free parking space on the lodge site,
but please note that we do not take any responsibility if vehicle, its accessories or loads are stolen, lost or damaged on the lodge site,
except for reasons attributable to this lodge.
■Information on peak season
The contents about the event date / price described such as holidays (Christmas, year-end and New Year, etc.) are subject to change without prior notice.
■Regarding cancellation
There is no cancellation fee up to 14 days before your stay.
A cancellation fee of 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged from 13 days in advance.
■Other notes
* All photos posted on the website are images, and services not included in the tour may be displayed.
* Since aurora is a natural phenomenon, there is no refund even if you cannot see the aurora.
* The night is short in the summer, so the aurora viewing period will be after mid-August to mid-April.
* Passengers entering Canada are required to obtain Canada Electronic Travel Certification (eTA).
* Please note that you will be responsible for any damage or loss of equipment in this lodge.
