Terms and conditions

1. The project work will only commence after the signing of contract/ MOU and advances payment

2. Single point communication from production house is preferable

3. Regular money flow while execution of the set is very important and necessary for smooth execution within time

4. Industry ethics and principles to be maintained from both the parties

5. 50% set budget should be paid before execution

6. Deliverables will be given on time with regular money flow and clear communication from production house/ Direction department  

7. Budget does not include GST and other value added taxes

8. Safety of work environment for women, labor and other team members is utmost priority and complete responsibility of production house

9. Travel, boarding and lodging of HODs, Team members and labors to be paid by the production house as per respective standards

10. In case of any dispute mutual understanding and descent mediator is compulsory to solve the issue

11. Our team will not be responsible for natural calamity damage and on site accidents due to improper instruments or tools or technologies

12. The amount paid as advanced will not be returned if the project gets delayed or cancelled

13. Clear communication about finances, logistics, material supply is at priority and everything should be communicated through mail

14. Every material supply and other official papers should be signed by respective representatives or authorities

15. Our team holds complete right to terminate the project due to severe mental or physical damage of any kind from either side parties
