• My species or artwork is not to be used in a hateful or harmful manner under any circumstances. You are not to depict your Kakimera in a NSFW context; participating in hate such as homophobia / transphobia / bigotry; etc. Violations of this rule will result in an immediate blacklisting. • You are free to sell your Kakimera design as long as you notify me so I can keep an updated Masterlist. If you purchase a Kakimera base from me, you are NOT to sell adopts or resell my linework / claim as your own under any circumstances. As most art goes, do not resell for more than purchased unless you offer extra art. More information can be found HERE.

• Content depicting Kakimera or using the Kakimera name intended for mass production or mass profit must have a licensing partnership or other agreement between me and the merchandiser. This is determined on a case-by-case basis and applies to businesses, small or otherwise, that intend to produce physical or digital merchandise, including but not limited to:

Shirts and other clothing / keychains or plushies / VR avatars and models / games, films, or literature on a mass scale (smaller content, such as personal work, is permissible) 

• PLEASE abide by all design guidelines! They are extremely lenient; I wanted to prioritize your creativity in your character while still upholding a recognizable species. Loopholes and other disrespect to my design guidelines or rules will result in a blacklisting: there is absolutely no reason not to follow them. Guidelines can be found HERE, and design rules HERE.

• Please give credit where it is due. The Kakimera species, species concept, website, and all official artwork is designed and owned solely by myself. You are not to take credit for the species, or design one by another name. I reserve the rights to my artwork, and Kakimera linework, adopts, bases, or custom designs may be posted elsewhere as examples of my work / the species or on this website.
