Kaiyuan Gu  (辜开源)

I am a first year graduate student in the School of Mathematical Sciences of Peking University. My advisor is Xinyi Yuan. Before that, I was an undergraduate in Peking University.

My academic interests focus on number theory. More precisely, I am interested in:

• Arithmetic intersection theory;

• Geometry of Shimura varieties, in both characteristic 0 and p,  with applications to Diophantine Geometry and Langlands Program;

• Unlikely intersections.

• Special value of L-functions
