Kairos — Days That Matter respects your privacy. This app is designed to work entirely offline-first and does not collect personal data.
Kairos does not:
Require user accounts or sign-in
Collect names, emails, phone numbers, or contacts
Track location
Track usage analytics
Use cookies or fingerprinting
Share data with third parties
Show advertisements
Use background tracking
All personal interactions in the app are stored locally on your device only, including:
Holiday plans
Notes
Checklists
Reminders
Pinned countries
App preferences (language, theme)
This data:
Never leaves your device
Is not uploaded to any server
Is not accessible to the developer
When you choose to:
Export a holiday to your device calendar
Share content via another app
Kairos simply hands the data to the system or chosen app.
Kairos itself does not receive or store any exported or shared information.
Kairos may request limited permissions only when required, such as:
Calendar access (for exporting events)
Storage access (for backup/restore, if used)
These permissions are:
Optional
User-initiated
Used only for the requested action
Holiday names and cultural descriptions are currently presented in English, even when the app interface is shown in another language.
