Designed a machine learning model (implemented in Python) to cluster the Amazon product (large-scale data) into groups in terms of both historical data and product properties. The groups are applied to help construct the inventory planning model in product group level.
Deep dive the product order data to compare three different well-defined fulfillment center outbound shipping costs.
Cooperated with mentor to design a new algorithm in calculating the inventory turns for each product group.
