    • Designed a machine learning model (implemented in Python) to cluster the Amazon product (large-scale data) into groups in terms of both historical data and product properties. The groups are applied to help construct the inventory planning model in product group level.

    • Deep dive the product order data to compare three different well-defined fulfillment center outbound shipping costs.

    • Cooperated with mentor to design a new algorithm in calculating the inventory turns for each product group.

    • Designed a branch-and-cut algorithm (implemented in AIMMS) to strengthen the MIP formulation performance for the unit commitment problems with ancillary services, with cutting planes included in the electricity market clearing system for independent system operators.

    • Devised E-commerce generic packaging solution for OLAY-series products after investigating customer requirements, and designed E-commerce supply chain with consideration of product supply, order, inventory, and logistics, etc.
