This Privacy Policy explains how our application accesses, processes, transmits, stores, and protects user information and user-submitted content.
By using the application, users acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Our application does not require users to create an account.
We do not intentionally collect direct personal identifiers such as:
Name
Email address
Phone number
Home address
Account passwords
Government identification numbers
Payment card information
Precise location
Biometric identifiers
However, content voluntarily selected, created, recorded, or uploaded by a user may contain personal information. Such content is processed only to provide the feature requested by the user.
We do not sell user information or use user-submitted content for cross-app tracking, behavioural advertising, or user profiling.
The application may request access to certain device features only when required to provide a user-requested function.
Camera access may be used to capture photos or videos that the user chooses to process through the application.
The application does not secretly access the camera or use it in the background.
Microphone access may be used for audio-recording features initiated by the user.
The application does not record audio without the user’s knowledge and permission.
Photo gallery or storage access may be used to:
Select images, videos, audio, or other media files
Upload selected media for AI processing
Download generated content
Save generated images, videos, or 3D models to the device
The application requests these permissions through the device’s permission system. Users may deny or withdraw permissions through their device settings, although some application features may then become unavailable.
Our application uses third-party artificial intelligence services to provide content-generation and media-processing features.
These services include:
Google Gemini API
Meshy API
PixVerse API
When a user actively chooses to use an AI-powered feature, the content submitted through that feature may be transmitted to the relevant third-party AI service for processing.
The type of information transmitted depends on the feature selected by the user.
Google Gemini may receive and process:
Text prompts
Images
Videos
Audio recordings
Documents
Other user-selected media
This information is transmitted only when necessary to generate the response or result requested by the user.
Meshy may receive and process:
Text prompts
Images
Reference images
Image-to-3D generation inputs
Texture-generation inputs
Other media required to create or process 3D content
Meshy may generate 3D models, textures, previews, or related files based on the content submitted by the user.
PixVerse may receive and process:
Text prompts
Images
Reference images
Videos
Reference videos
Other media required for video generation or transformation
PixVerse processes this information to generate or modify videos requested by the user.
These third-party services operate under their own privacy policies, security practices, data-processing terms, and retention policies. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies and terms published by Google, Meshy, and PixVerse.
Content is transmitted to Google Gemini, Meshy, or PixVerse only when the user actively initiates an AI-generation or processing feature.
Before personal information or user-selected media is submitted to a third-party AI provider, the application may display a notice explaining that:
The selected content will be sent to a third-party AI service
The content will be processed to provide the requested result
The third-party provider will process the content under its own privacy policy and terms
Where required, the application will request the user’s permission before transmitting personal information or content to a third-party AI service.
Users may choose not to submit their content. If permission is declined, the relevant AI-powered feature may not be available, but other application features may continue to function where technically possible.
User-submitted content is processed only for purposes such as:
Generating AI-created images
Generating or editing videos
Generating 3D models or textures
Processing text prompts
Processing user-selected audio or media
Providing previews and downloadable results
Detecting prohibited, unsafe, or unlawful content
Maintaining the security and reliability of the requested service
We do not independently use user-submitted content for advertising, tracking, identity verification, or the creation of marketing profiles.
Our application does not use face data for:
Facial recognition
Identity verification
Biometric authentication
Face-based user identification
User profiling
Advertising
Tracking users across applications or websites
Creating facial recognition databases
We do not create or store:
Facial templates
Faceprints
Facial geometry records
Biometric identifiers
Facial recognition profiles
Face recognition databases
Images or videos voluntarily selected by users may contain human faces.
When a user submits such media to an AI-powered feature, the media may be transmitted to Google Gemini, Meshy, or PixVerse only when required to generate the result requested by the user.
The application does not independently extract, identify, sell, or permanently store face data.
The third-party provider receiving the content may technically process visual features contained in the submitted media as necessary to complete the requested generation or transformation. Such processing is governed by that provider’s privacy policy, terms, and data-processing practices.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or disclose user information to data brokers or advertisers.
User-submitted content may be shared only with the third-party service required to provide the feature initiated by the user:
Google Gemini
Meshy
PixVerse
Content is not automatically transmitted to all three providers. It is transmitted only to the provider required for the particular feature being used.
Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to:
Comply with applicable law or a valid legal request
Protect users, the application, or the public from fraud or security threats
Investigate misuse or violations of applicable terms
Protect legal rights and application security
We do not maintain user accounts or intentionally store personal user profiles on our own servers.
User-submitted content may be temporarily transmitted through our application or backend infrastructure to complete the requested AI operation.
We do not intentionally retain user-submitted images, videos, audio, prompts, or other media on our own servers after processing has been completed, except where temporary storage is technically necessary to:
Complete the generation request
Retrieve the generated result
Provide a temporary download link
Prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
Comply with legal obligations
Temporary technical files are removed when they are no longer required for these purposes.
Google Gemini, Meshy, and PixVerse may independently retain submitted content, generated results, technical logs, or related information according to their respective terms, selected service plans, security practices, and retention policies.
We do not control the independent retention practices of these third-party providers.
Generated images, videos, audio files, or 3D models may be saved locally on the user’s device when the user chooses to download or save them. Locally saved content remains under the user’s control and may be deleted through the device’s gallery, file manager, or storage settings.
Because the application does not require an account or maintain a personal user profile, there may be no account data available for deletion.
Users may delete locally saved content directly from their devices.
Users may contact us to request the deletion of any user-submitted content that remains under our control. We will take reasonable steps to locate and delete such content, subject to legal, security, and technical requirements.
Content controlled or retained independently by Google Gemini, Meshy, or PixVerse is subject to the deletion procedures and retention policies of the relevant provider.
The application uses API credentials to communicate with:
Google Gemini API
Meshy API
PixVerse API
API credentials are used only to authenticate requests to the relevant AI service.
Where technically possible, API credentials are stored and managed through protected backend infrastructure rather than being publicly exposed inside the application.
API credentials do not allow application users to access content submitted by other users.
We may use technical safeguards such as encrypted network connections, access restrictions, rate limits, and server-side authentication to protect API communications.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information transmitted through the application.
These measures may include:
Encrypted HTTPS connections
Restricted API access
Secure backend communication
Permission-based access to device features
Limited processing of user-submitted content
Security monitoring and abuse prevention
However, no method of internet transmission, electronic processing, or digital storage is completely secure.
Users should not submit highly sensitive information through AI-powered features, including:
Passwords
Payment card information
Banking information
Government identification documents
Medical records
Confidential business information
Private legal documents
Other highly sensitive personal information
Google Gemini, Meshy, and PixVerse may operate servers or service providers in countries other than the user’s country of residence.
As a result, user-submitted content may be processed in countries with different data-protection laws.
By choosing to use an AI-powered feature and consenting to the relevant transfer, the user acknowledges that the submitted content may be processed by the applicable third-party provider in other jurisdictions.
The application is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
Children should not submit personal information or sensitive content through AI-powered features without the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Parents or guardians who believe that a child has submitted personal information through the application may contact us so that appropriate action can be taken.
Users should only upload, record, generate, or process content that they own or have permission to use.
Users must not use the application to:
Violate another person’s privacy
Upload another person’s private content without permission
Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual-property rights
Create illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content
Submit confidential or highly sensitive information
Impersonate another person without authorisation
Generate prohibited content under applicable laws or provider policies
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party terms.
We do not sell personal information.
We do not use user-submitted content to track users across applications or websites owned by other companies.
We do not share user-submitted content with advertising networks or data brokers for targeted advertising.
The processing of content by Google Gemini, Meshy, and PixVerse is also governed by the respective provider’s:
Privacy policy
