The App does not secretly access the camera.
Camera access occurs only after the user grants permission and actively uses a camera-related feature.
We do not continuously access, monitor, or record through the camera in the background.
The App may request microphone access when audio recording is required for a specific feature.

The App accesses only the media selected or permitted by the user, subject to the permissions provided by the operating system.
We do not intentionally scan, collect, or upload the user’s complete photo library.

The App does not use faces to verify identity, track users, match individuals against a database, or create advertising profiles.
A user may voluntarily select or capture an image or video that contains a person’s face. In that situation, the face remains part of the complete media file selected by the user.
The App does not separately extract or create biometric face data from that media.
However, when the user requests an AI-powered generation or processing feature, the complete selected image or video may be transmitted to Meshy, Google Gemini, or PixVerse for processing.
Such media is transmitted only to perform the action requested by the user and not for biometric identification by the App.
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have permission to upload, generate, edit, or process media containing another person’s face.
The App uses the Meshy API to provide certain 3D-generation, image-to-3D, text-to-3D, media-processing, or related content-generation features.
When a user chooses to use a Meshy-powered feature, the following content may be transmitted to Meshy:

Information required to complete the requested 3D-generation task
The information is transmitted only to perform the feature requested by the user.
We do not intentionally send content to Meshy for:

Meshy operates independently and may process, temporarily store, retain, or review submitted content and generated results in accordance with its own privacy policy, terms, security requirements, and service operations.

The App may produce content using artificial-intelligence services.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, offensive, or similar to existing content.

Users must not use the App to generate or process content that:

We do not intentionally operate a personal-information database or maintain user identity profiles on our own servers.
Depending on the App’s functionality:
Selected media may be stored temporarily on the user’s device.
Media may be transmitted to a third-party API to complete a requested feature.
Generated files may be downloaded or saved on the user’s device.
Generation-task identifiers or temporary processing information may be stored until the requested task is completed.
Generated or processed files may remain on the user’s device until the user deletes them.
Meshy, Google Gemini, and PixVerse may retain submitted content, prompts, media, generated outputs, technical logs, or processing records according to their own policies and operational requirements.
We do not control the independent retention periods used by these third-party providers.
We do not sell, rent, or trade user information.
